Case Study: Door Replacement for a 16th Century Listed Building

An early 16th century listed building in Halifax. We replaced the 1970’s style glass doors which were covered by Ivy.

The doors were replaced with a pair of painted doors with fielded panels and glazed in the middle. We added a traditional fanlight to the top with castellated cappings and architraves to each side.

The customer was delighted with his bespoke doors and we enjoyed designing them.
